Konalaru situated akka malai range valparai. (Aanamalai riger reserve). We ( subbaiah,senthil ) went there earlier in summer this year. It s lovely place biggest green land in tamil nadu. Konalaru hut is under reconstructive . but we managed . even in summer this place very cold. This hut very near iravi kulam national park munaru. Nilkiries thar s home place. Ones afternoon we went there . the hut surrounded by
konalaru river. Very pure water. In evening we were roaming in near by hills . we saw lot of animals . almost above 50 indian gaur in same time. Night was fully coverd by sound of animals , wind really it seems nightmare. Totally different from scrap forest. Birds of that land euracious black bird, comman rose binch,nilgiries bibit, huge horn bills etc. we saw huge foot mark of tiger.
